All non-customized items are sold with a 30-day return/refund policy.

 

To qualify for return, you must contact us within 30 days of shipping and you will receive a return authorization. Then you must send the item back to us in original condition inside of original interior packaging.

 

Items that have been customized (such as a message included with signature) cannot be returned since we can't sell them again.

 

Refunds will be issued less a 10% restocking fee once the item has been received in approved condition (varies with your choice of return shipping method.)

We ship worldwide, with estimated shipping costs. Shipping costs include packaging and handling fees. If you are overcharged shipping through our estimation process, we will refund you the difference when your item(s) are shipped.
